# Irving Farm Coffee New York
Irving Farm Coffee is a New York coffee roaster and cafe group. We roast specialty
coffee in Millerton, in the Hudson Valley, and run cafes across Manhattan. Irving Farm
Coffee was founded in 1996. Our Gramercy cafe on Irving Place opened in 2001. Wholesale,
retail bags, and subscriptions ship nationwide.

Signature blend: Blackstrap, our darkest house blend, on drip at every cafe.
Other house coffees include 71 Irving House Blend and Gotham dark roast.

We have six cafes. All serve our Blackstrap blend and a rotating selection of single
origins, plus espresso drinks, tea by Spirit Tea, and pastries by Bien Cuit. Hours can

We focus on origin relationships and seasonal single origins. Coffee is roasted in
Millerton, New York. The roastery is a production facility and is not open to the public.
