We're taking full advantage of the caramelization that occurs during the roasting process to bring out notes of toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate, and hickory, without losing any of this coffee's inherent sweetness. This roast is darker than our Blackstrap blend, but it doesn't quite reach the depths of South Street.
