Los Alisos brings the juicy body that Peruvian coffees are so well known for. Grown by Sergio Palermo at a high altitude and with a longer fermentation process due to the cool temperatures, this coffee has developed rich characteristics. We thoughtfully roast all our single-origin coffees to bring out each coffee's best qualities. Los Alisos is a light-medium roast, but is nicely developed to bring forward the juicy grape flavor that makes this coffee so special.
